Deception Bay Doctors are a team of medical professionals that have been employed at different practices across Australia. Realising that we faced a unique opportunity to offer our leadership abilities, we decided to merge our talents and start our own practice—where we could provide personalised care and connect with patients on a deeper level. Today, the Moreton Bay community accepts and supports us as a family.
Our healthcare services include general and women’s health, mental health support, chronic disease management, vaccinations, paediatric care and minor surgeries. We are a family-focused practice, offering care to patients of all ages.

Special interests: Paediatrics, Neonatology, Paediatric Oncology, Haematology, Asthma and COPD, Mental health, Travel Medicine, Work injuries, Minor surgeries.

Special interests: Women’s health, Chronic disease, Adolescent medicine, Diabetes, Antenatal care.
Dr Indunil (Neil) De Silva
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Neil De Silva is an experienced GP who worked in rural Queensland, out of hours GP. Prior to that, he worked for Queensland Health in specialities such as emergency medicine, mental health and women’s health. Before moving to Australia, Dr De Silva worked in the UK in emergency medicine. He has worked in Sri Lanka in fields of paediatrics and intensive care medicine. He is interested in all aspects of general medicine. He will be accepting new patients.
