Recall & Reminder System via HotDoc

To further improve our service to you, Deception Bay Doctors have implemented a patient register for Preventative Health.

This is a Reminder/ Recall system in which we will contact the patient by via mail or phone for follow-up of preventive Health such as Vaccinations, Skin Checks, Pap smear etc. Patients attending this practice will automatically be included on our register.

Patients are required to inform the Doctor if they choose not to be included.

Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To help us provide timely care to all patients, please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur an $85 fee, which must be paid before any future bookings can be made, including through HotDoc.
